Before you publish: fill in the blanks

This text is written for how the app actually works, but it is a starting point, not legal advice. The highlighted items below need your real business details, and a lawyer should read it before you charge customers.

    1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Plan & billing → Manage subscription. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep full access to your plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

    2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment, for any reason. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net or email ricedigital.llc@gmail.com. See also Paddle's refund policy.

    3. Plan changes

When you upgrade or downgrade, the change takes effect immediately and the price difference for the rest of the current billing period is charged or credited on a prorated basis. Credits from a downgrade apply to future invoices and are not paid out as cash.

    4. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), email ricedigital.llc@gmail.com within 30 days and we will review it. Your statutory rights are not affected. See also our Terms of service.
